This week is Thanksgiving week in America.
Thank you Jesus.
Regardless of one's beliefs there are things to be thankful for. Regardless of one's system there are things to be thankful for. Regardless of one's shortcomings and failures there are things to be thankful for.
Being thankful brings more clarity and peace in uncertainty. Being thankful regulates your mental state abck to normal. Being thankful releases the good in your heart. Being thankful allows you to step back and realize that there is indeed something to thankful for.
For many thankfulness helps keep their mind at ease knowing that there is something to be thankful for.
What is that one thing you are constantly complaining about? Find another thing that you are thankful for, then dwell on that thing you are thankful for.
Train your mind to live in thankfulness as it will bring you more joy.
Be thankful to God for He is good and His love endures forever.
Enter into His gates with Thanksgiving in your heart, enter His courts with praise.
Say to yourself, "this is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it."
When worry tries to creep in, say "Thank you Jesus".
When doubt tries to creep in, say "Thank YOU Jesus"
When fear tries to creep in, say "Thank you Jesus"
Thank Him and allow His presence to calm your mind and give you inner peace.
